Three layers: (1) RAG on your internal documents — the agent answers only from your content, not its general memory; (2) strict system prompts that force the agent to say 'I don't know' rather than invent; (3) post-processing guardrails (regex, classifiers) that filter dubious responses before sending.

Claude (Anthropic) by default for conversational quality. GPT-4o for speed. Mistral if strict EU data sovereignty is required. The choice depends on the use case and budget. We can switch between models without rewriting the agent.
